The FIA Formula 2 Championship is the penultimate rung on the single-seater motorsport ladder, serving as the main feeder series into Formula 1. A talented entry brings together the best young racing talents from around the world, creating the most competitive single-make championship on the planet.
 

Since FIA Formula 2’s rebirth in 2017, a steady stream of drivers have starred in the championship before going on to make an impact in Formula 1. That list includes current front-runners Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, Oscar Piastri and Liam Lawson.
 

The 2026 FIA Formula 2 season will be contested over 14 events, each featuring sprint and feature races, at some of the best circuits in the world. Bennett will make trips to the likes of Australia, Bahrain and Qatar, alongside competing at legendary European circuits including Spa-Francorchamps, Monaco and his home event at Silverstone.
 

The British-Irish racer has linked up with Trident Motorsport this year. The Italian squad are established race-winners in FIA Formula 2 and have impressively won the FIA Formula 3 drivers' title in each of the last three seasons.
